I applied for a design postion at The Morrison Group in Edmond. The interview went well, but I found out later that they decided not to hire a new designer until the beginning of next quarter.

When the time came around I designed a reminder card and sent it off. I wanted to inform them that I was still interested in the position and that I was poor. And no, that is not a picture of me on the cover. Stock are FTW!

I was going to print an envelope but decided to illustrate it by hand. I chose to hand render some type to tie in with the "money for fonts" theme. I also illustrated the company logo on the front of the card to bring everything together.

I never heard back from them. Maybe they decided not to hire a new designer, or they simply hired someone more qualified for the position. Either way, creating this card was fun and I wanted to share it with you.
